In the morning of November 29，The School of Biopharmacy held an academic report during China Pharmaceutical University Academic Week at the meeting room 201，Building of Laboratory, Jiangning Campus. Professor Chen Zhong, president and doctoral supervisor of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University, was invited to give a special lecture Epilepsy Pathogenesis and Research Development of Chinese and Western Medicines. The report hosted by ZhaoJian, The Executive Vice Dean of the School of Biopharmacy.
At the meeting，Professor Chen combines his scientific research gave a detailed explanation on the pathogenesis of epilepsy, therapeutic targets, drug development and drug preparation selection. Also let us know the latest achievements in the field of epilepsy drug research and development, as well as the challenges and opportunities faced. After the lecture，Professor Chen answered and explained the questions form audiences，The report has successfully concluded with applause.
This academic week report is one of the 85th anniversary celebration activities of China Pharmaceutical University.The report will be conducted in a combination of online and offline, totally more than 300 people presented the meeting. The content of the report was wonderful and cutting-edge, it provided reference and inspired ideas for the scientific research work of our teachers.
